When 007 is assigned to protect an oil heiress, he is catapulted into a passionate, adrenaline-charged adventure that pits him against one of his most deadly adversaries: Renard, a ruthless anarchist whose total imperviousness to pain makes him a virtually unstoppable enemy.
Uh oh, this isn't good. The World Is Not Enough follows the downwards trend that Tomorrow Never Dies started. Brosnan, is as always, good, but nearly everything else about this movie is not. M gets kidnapped. KIDNAPPED! How stupid is that? The twist of Elektra King being a bad guy is interesting, but Renard is so stupid I couldn't wait for Bond to get rid of him - they tried too hard with him, and he went nowhere. And Denise Richards is such a horrible actress, and yet at the same time, so incredibly hot, I'm so confused about her. Blah.
