Following the mutilation of Felix Leiter and the death of Della Leiter at the hands of drug czar Franz Sanchez, 007 disobeys orders and pursues Sanchez with a vengeance. Bond's obsession costs him his licence to kill - and nearly his life.
This isn't such a horrible Bond movie, even though I've always remembered it that way. I recently re-watched it, and I give it 2 007's instead of 1. The enemy, Sanchez, is also decent, not amazing. I think that Dario, played by Benecio Del Torro, is scarily-good. Both main women are beautiful, so that's a plus. Timothy Dalton isn't as good as he was in his first Bond movie, but he's decent. Maybe a little too serious at times, much like this movie.
