From 2005 to ...well, 2005 (January to June) I was in the cover band The SecretAgents.
The guitarist and drummer from Life of the Common wanted to start up a new band
with their roommate as lead singer. They needed a bassist and asked me and I said sure.
Our mission, and we chose to accept it, was to cover pop music from the '60s to today in
order to garner ourselves a pass as the entertainment for a cruise ship. Sounds good, eh?
Well we did, but we never made it to the actual cruise. We did some gigging around
JMU and recorded 4 songs (I Want You Back/ABC, My Sharona, No Diggity/Come
Together, and What I Like About You/You Really Got Me) but called soon it quits. |
